Policy has two parts:

In both cases, if you are residing on the territory of the EU, you will not receive paid VAT with a refund. VAT and Extras are non-refundable. Please find more about extras on our Prices page.
 
1. Before approval of the preview version of your order
 
You are eligible for a full refund if:
 
There was a technical problem while making a payment (made a payment twice, ordered the same paper twice, etc.) You need to report the issue to our Customer Support team immediately.
We were unable to deal with your order (Unknown field, etc.)
We have missed a deadline to upload work to you and you don’t need this paper anymore. In this case you don’t have a right to use any material that was sent to you during the order process.
 
You can qualify for a 70% refund if:
 
We have started working on your order, less then half the deadline has passed, and you decide to cancel order. Our work should be compensated.
 
You may get a 50% refund if:
 
We have started working on your order, more then half the deadline has passed, and you decide to cancel order. Our work should be compensated.
 
We cannot provide you with revision for come technical reasons.
 
If we miss a deadline, but you still wish to receive a product, then the price for your order will be recalculated according to a new deadline. The difference between the initial and final prices will be refunded to you.
 
Please note that you have 2 weeks to approve the Product. The countdown starts automatically after the first version is uploaded to customers’ personal account. If there is no response before two weeks run out, then order will automatically be approved.
 
You can set orders on Dispute by writing a letter explaining a problem. Here are few important points you need to keep in mind when setting the order on Dispute:
 
1. You will have to provide some valuable reasons and examples to support your claim.
2. It may take up to one month to resolve Dispute.
3. All cases are reviewed individually. Support Team carefully considers all aspects on order and dispute. Refunds are suggested individually and independently from each other.
4. Failure to supply the required information for the Dispute solution within 2 weeks will result in case closure and refund of this order will not be possible thereafter.

2. After approval of the preview version of your order
 
Every customer has a right to ask for additional amendments, if necessary. But, after you press “Approve” button, which will give you an access to an editable version of Product, you are not eligible for a refund. “Approve” button confirms that you are satisfied with the work, and have no issues concerning it.
 
Avoid pressing “Approve” button prior to checking the paper’s quality. If you have issues with accessing preview version of your paper, please contact our Customer Support team, explaining your problem.
 
The multiple-choice questions cannot be refunded. Upload of answers to such questions will automatically count these cases as completed and approved. You can also put these orders on Dispute.
 
After requesting a refund, customer doesn’t have a right to use any materials received from Company. All electronic and written materials become the property of the Company. We cannot guarantee you any particular grade, and don’t count poor grade as a reason for a refund.
